(5)Changes in the structure or constituent electrical circuits of the transmitting or receiving equipment (limited to changes in radio frequencies, antenna power, identification signals and any other air navigation radio aids which are likely to affect the electrical characteristics of said aids);
(6)Expansion of the transmitting and receiving equipment, or of the power supply facilities.
Article 102-(2). The important changes of air navigation radio aids which are subject to approval in the construction enforcement plan under the provisions of the first part of Article 55-(3) paragraph 1 of the Law shall be those specified under each subparagraph of the preceding Article.
(Application for Permission for Changes)
Article 103. A person who intends to make an application for permission for changes in air navigation radio aids under the provisions of Article 38 paragraph 2 of the Law which applies accordingly to Article 43 paragraph 2 of the Law, shall submit an Application for Permission for Changes in Air Navigation Radio Aids, in triplicate, to the Minister of Transport describing the following matters:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Type and location of the air navigation radio aids;
(3)Content of the proposed changes (with accompanying documents and reference plans showing the difference between the existing and modified systems);
(4)Estimated cost of said changes;
(5)Proposed date of commencement and completion of the construction work;
(6)In the case of any changes being made in the management plan, the new management plan after the change;
(7)The reason(s) for the change.
2. The application under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by the following documents:
(1)Documents describing the ways and means of acquiring funds, lands and objects which are required for carrying out the changes;
(2)Reference plan of the project, an estimate, and specifications;
(3)In a case where the applicant is a juridical person or a partnership. documents attesting to the resolution for the changes shall be attached.
